Madinah, Rabi'I 09, 1438, December 08, 2016, SPA -- A delegation from the Secretariat of Madinah city has participated in the 14th General Conference of the Organization of Islamic Capitals and Cities held in the Moroccan capital, Rabat.
The participants in the conference discussed a number of agenda items submitted by the Permanent Bureau of the Organization, and they approved deputizing the Secretary General of the Organization Engineer Omar bin Abdullah Al-Qadhi sets the date and venue of the conference next year, while the Administrative Council of the Organization's meetings resulted in approving the membership of each of Abha city in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Muscat in Sultanate Oman for Permanent Bureau of the organization, and they also approved renewing for the Secretary General of the organization for another three years.
