KDI reduces 2017 economic growth forecast to hit 2.4%


(MENAFN) A state-run think tank reviewed down its 2017 economic progress prediction for the South Korean economy by 0.3% point to reach 2.4%.

Additionally, the Korea Development Institute (KDI) posted that the country's 2016 economy could rise an unchanged 2.6%, in comparison with Seoul government's goal of 2.8%.

Moreover, during its previous estimate which was declared in May, the KDI had predicted that South Korea would gain 2.7% growth in 2017.
