(MENAFN) OCI Co., South Korea's leading solar power firm, stated that it has taken a decision to purchase its US affiliate which worth 451 billion won to develop its financial rank.
In details, OCI also added it has approved to sell OCI Solar San Antonio 6 LLC. However, it hasn't revealed the buyer company"s name.
Additionally, from 2012, OCI has been leading a 400MW-solar power program in Texas under which seven solar farms have been opened.
