(MENAFN) An agreement worth QR140mn for a multi-use building in Najma area increased the value of real estate transactions by 1.5 percent last week in Qatar.
Additionally, the whole value of transaction amid the week reached QR628mn compared to QR618.7mn in previous week.
However, number of deals dropped by 57 percent, from 235 deals to 100, compared to previous week at QR618.7mn.
Meanwhile, the biggest deal of the week was mixed-use building worth QR140mn in Najma in an area of 1.507 square meters.
