MADRID, 26th October, 2016 (WAM) -- The King Felipe VI of Spain yesterday invited, for the third time, the caretaker Prime Minister, Mariano Rajoy, to form a new government, ending ten months of stale-mate.
Mr. Rajoy announced his acceptance of the King's invitation at a press conference in Madrid on the side-lines of new rounds of talks with Spain's political parties.
