(MENAFN) The US energy companies, Baker Hughes and Weatherford International, had posted their profit loss in Q3 of this year.
Baker Hughes, the Houston-based oil fields services company, reported a net loss of USD429m in Q3 comparing with the loss of USD159m during the same period last year.
However, the loss was contributed mainly to the decisive actions it took to right-size its operating structure.
