Singapore's CPI drops 0.2% in September

(MENAFN) Data released by Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) showed that Singapore's Consumer Price Index (CPI) dropped by 0.2% in September, the 23rd straight month of decline.

CPI-All Items inflation declined 0.2% in September compared to the 0.3% decrease in August.

However, this decline mainly reflected a smaller drop in private road transport cost, and higher food inflation.
