(MENAFNEditorial) In honor of Cancer Awareness Month, the soon-to-open Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai hosted a group of ladies and children from ‘Pink Ladies Dubai’ for a sneak peek tasting session of Café Nikki menu. A one-of- a-kind initiative, the invited children had the opportunity to try out the menu and provide relevant feedback before the resort opening.
Café Nikki, an all-day urban bistro with views over the Arabian Gulf, will be located on the ground level of the hotel offering guests and residents alike culinary creations made of organic and responsibly sourced fresh ingredients.
Seated in their own “directors” VIP chairs that were personally customised to give a fun and quirky foodie title for each child, kids were encouraged to provide their feedback on the menu concept at Café Nikki by voting on whether or not they enjoyed each dish, whilst being educated on the importance of nutritional value and a healthy diet along the way.
Proving a great success, the little critics provided invaluable feedback which will influence the final menu concept ahead of the restaurants opening later this year.
