Syrian beats Egyptian employee over 'food delay'

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 28: A Syrian expatriate was arrested for beating an Egyptian employee of a restaurant in Ardiya Industrial Area due to delay in delivery of a food order. According to security sources, when securitymen received information about the incident, they rushed to the location with paramedics and arrested the suspect. The victim was treated on the site by paramedics. The suspect was referred to the police station of the area for necessary legal action.

Meanwhile, a Kuwaiti citizen lodged a complaint at Abdullah Mubarak Police Station against one of his neighbors, accusing him of hitting his 18-year old son. Securitymen summoned the suspect to the police station and questioned him to discover about a dispute between the two parties. Necessary action was taken.
