(MENAFN) German carrier Lufthansa said it intends to buy the 55% of Brussels Airlines it does not own, completing along take over.
Shareholders in Brussels Airlines must agree to the deal, while managers are expected to complete the deal by early 2017.
Moreover, Lufthansa has owned 45% of Brussels Airlines owner SN Airholding since 2009, and kept the option to buy the rest from around 30 remaining shareholders.
