Kuwait- KSE incurs some losses in early trades Wednesday


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Sept 28 (KUNA) -- Key indices of Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) incurred some losses in early trades on Wednesday.

Benchmark read 5,407, losing 5.03 point, weighted index inched down 1.09 and Kuwait-15 index, which reflects trades in blue-chips, shed 3.33 points.

Value of traded stocks has amounted to KD 505.8, stock turnover approximately 95.9 million, done in 235 transactions.

Kuwait Bourse has been swinging between lackluster to bearish conditions, amid traders' abstention or shifting to other regional bourses for feasible deals.

The KSE market value has been in the range of some KD 23 billion, far below the record level posted before break-out of the global economic crisis in 2008 -- ripples of which reached the domestic and regional markets. (USD=KD 0.301). (end) fh.rk
