Saudi- OPEC Secretary General confirms that talks in the organization take the correct way

Algiers, Dhu-AlHijjah 26, 1437, Sep 27, 2016, SPA -- Secretary General of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) Mohammed Sanoosi Berkendo said that talks on the possibility of reaching an arrangement to allow reducing the oil market surplus is taking the correct direction.
In a statement carried by the Algerian News Agency he made on the sidelines of his participation in the 15th ministerial International Forum on Energy which started in Algiers today, Berkendo said serious work is underway to make tomorrow's informal meeting of OPEC a success, noting that there are some differences of viewpoints among the member states but that consultations between non-OPEC oil producing countries and consuming countries will be expanded after this meeting.
