(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Doha, September 24 (QNA) HE Minister of Justice Dr. Hassan bin Lahdan Al Mohanadi has underlined that the ministry is working to keep up with the service side to the public by enhancing the legislative environment for the benefit of the State and citizens.
HE the Minister was speaking during an inspection visit to a number of the ministry's offices and branches to assess the functioning of the services offered by the Ministry's offices and to ensure these services are perfectly provided . HE the Minister noted that there is package of laws that will come out soon, including a draft of the new real estate brokerage law prepared by the ministry and approved by the Council of Ministers and had been forwarded to the Shura Council, pointing out that the bill was prepared after the formation of a committee to study the real estate market to address the problems facing the Qatari real estate sector.
He said that the opening of the new branch of the Justice Ministry branch office at the Arabi club, and the expansion of the centers and branches, comes in implementation of the directives of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al -Thani, to ensure that services are accessible to all citizens and residents in the right place and time, that in cooperation and coordination with the Ministry of Administrative Development and Labour and Social Affairs, which oversees the government services complexes.(QNA)
