India supplies gas pipeline by USD2bn


(MENAFN) India's government is going to fund USD2bn gas pipeline program managing about five eastern states to assist economic progress in area.

On the other hand, the project will handle 2,500-km pipeline to be established by state-run GAIL.

Accordingly, Oil Minister posted the government will take care of 40% of the total price of the pipeline that will directed by the states of Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal and Odisha.
