'Seafood Treasure on Grill' at Le Méridien Dhaka

Dhaka : Le Méridien Dhaka is holding a three-day "Seafood Treasure on Grill" promotion at rooftop-terrace restaurant Olea from September 15 to 17.
Guest can enjoy a seafood buffet dinner at Olea prepared in Mediterranean culinary styles with a modern reinterpretation that Le Méridien Dhaka cuisine have come to be associated with.
Favourites such as the Spanish seafood paella, Egyptian fish kofta, Lebanese red snapper tahini, French bouillabaisse are on the menu among many other dishes.
The buffet introduced inspired recipes from the chefs such as Moroccan calamari and shrimp tagine with dried apricots, Italian style king prawn in saffron sauce, Tunisian harissa of whole-grilled fish and likes.
