(MENAFN) Haya Water is expanding Al Ansab sewage treatment plant and Azaiba central pump station, in order to increase the capacity of the treatment plant to 125,000 cubic meters a day.
Accordingly, the expansion of Al Ansab project plans to enhance the number of local connection, besides incorporating the addition of four new pump stations to double its capacity.
Additionally, this is in line with Haya Water Master plan 2013 and the vision of coming up with a world class water reuse system in Muscat.
Meanwhile, the new enhancement and capacity increase will be efficient due to the replacement of the old membrane in the current eight membrane tanks.
