(MENAFN) Dubai Properties Group (DPG) proclaimed that it began building a new waterfront project, which will involve a 12 kilometer promenade, floating restaurants.
Moreover, the project will be located near the Dubai Canal and will involve residential units built on the water and be accessible by yacht.
In addition, the project will be divided into phases; the first phase will be finished by September this year, in line with opening of 'Road and Transport Authority.'
The whole investment cost surpasses USD 272mn, and will be self-financed in collaboration with regional financial institutions.
