UAE- Emirates Post Group offers onsite interviews and CV preparation workshops for job seekers

DUBAI 11th February 2016 (WAM) -- Emirates Post Group is highlighting employment opportunities available for Emirati job-seekers in the group and its subsidiaries at the 18th National Career Fair which is taking place at the Expo Centre Sharjah from February 10th to 12th under the patronage of H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.

The EPG stand features onsite job interviews directly with candidates as well as training workshops on how to prepare a CV for successful job interviews and also demonstrates how job-seekers can post their CVs directly on the EPG website.

Chief Support Services Officer of EPG Sami Al Khaja said the group's participation in the National Career Fair was aimed at identifying young aspiring Emiratis for key jobs in line with the 'Absher' initiative launched by President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan with the aim of boosting Emiratisation across diverse sectors. "We share the UAE government's vision of training and employing Emiratis in every area of business through an integrated framework to support nationalisation policies so that Emiratis can contribute effectively to the national economy."

Emirates Post Group aims to attract young and committed people to work in the postal sector or in its subsidiaries. "The EPG interactive stand at the exhibition features training sessions and workshops for visitors in addition to onsite interviews directly with candidates. EPG is fully committed for the sake of social and family stability among Emiratis. The EPG teams provide counseling as well as training for staff in order to provide them with the right tools needed for higher productivity and best performance" Al Khaja said.

The National Career Fair is organised by Expo Centre Sharjah with the support of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry SCCI Human Resources Development Committee in the banking sector and Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies.
