Jordan King meets with Egyptian Prime Minister


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) His Majesty King Abdullah II, on Wednesday, met with Egyptian Prime Minister, Ibrahim Mahlab, who is leading his country's delegation to the meetings of the Joint Higher Jordanian-Egyptian Committee.

His Majesty stressed Jordanian-Egyptian ties and called for boosting them in various fields. He said Jordan is keen to maintain constant coordination with Egypt over issues of common interest.

The King urged the Joint Higher Jordanian-Egyptian Committee to open new horizons for closer partnership and cooperation between the two countries in economic spheres.

The Egyptian prime minister said his country is keen to advance relations with Jordan and thanked the Kingdom for supporting and standing by Egypt in different circumstances.
