(MENAFN- Emirates News Agency (WAM)) Security authorities in the Kingdom of Bahrain have announced the arrest of a wanted fugitive and the confiscation of a number of weapons used for terrorist activities.
According to the Bahrain News Agency, BNA, the weapons were found in a warehouse in Sitra, while medicines were seized from another building in the same area that was being used as an illegal clinic.
The arrestee told investigators where the weapons and medicines could be found. The confiscated items included ready-to-use homemade bombs, bombs that were in the process of being completed, explosive materials, a homemade shotgun, bullets, iron rods, and fire extinguisher guns.
