(MENAFN) Abu Dhabi-based RAK Properties said that it has granted a construction contract to begin implementing phase 1 of its lifestyle marina at Mina Al Arab, Arabian Business reported.
The lifestyle marina will be situated at the heart of the Lagoon Walk and is set to provide mooring services for recreational ships and boats over a 25 meters coastline. It is to be constructed by Majestic Jetties & Marinas.
"We are pleased to award this contract to Majestic Jetties & Marinas, which has an excellent track record of constructing marinas across the UAE." The CEO of RAK Properties said in a statement.
