Bid to eliminate fraud in issuing visas to Asian expats


(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY April 21: The Council of Ministers intends to develop an automated link between the Interior and Foreign ministries in addition to the Ministry of Health to ensure the authenticity of the medical and criminal records prior to issuing visas for Asian laborers reports Al-Anba daily quoting high level sources. The same sources said a similar process is being applied when issuing all types of visas. The sources added this linking will eliminate fraud in those aforementioned reports and will also allow for coordination between the concerned authorities in the State of Kuwait and all missions overseas. The sources also said this topic is currently being discussed among the concerned authorities to determine the possibility of its application.
