(MENAFN) Qatar Airways Cargo said it will launch a new freighter service to Los Angeles starting April 4th, its fourth destination in the US, Arabian Business reported.
The new flight to Los Angeles will be scheduled twice a week and flew by Boeing 777 Freighter, adding to established routes to Houston, Chicago and Atlanta.
The launch announcement comes amid a dispute over claims by US airlines that gulf cargos have benefited from USD42 billion in state subsidies over the past decade.
"With the new destination, we are able to offer our customers capacity and five-star service into, and out of, this key cargo destination in the US," Qatar Airways chief officer said.
