(MENAFN) Assystem completed the acquisition of 75 percent stake in the Saudi Radicon Gulf Consult (Radicon) to create a new engineering offer in the Saudi market nominated Assystem Radicon, Saudi Gazette reported.
The Saudi engineering company Radicon continues to hold the remaining 25 percent share in the newly formed Assystem Radicon, under the acquisition.
Radicon is a Saudi business with an enduring expertise in engineering. Paris-based Assystem, on the other hand, is an independent engineering company.
Assystem Radicon is set to combine the two expertises to provide significant value addition to the country's many infrastructure projects.
