Dubai's Kcal to expand to Egypt


(MENAFN) Kcal, the Dubai-based restaurant chain announced it is planning to expand its business in the MENA region with its first store slated to open in Egypt by December this year, followed by 14 other branches which they are planning to open across the country, Gulf Business reported.

"Egypt is an important market for us and we are keen to replicate abroad the model we successfully developed throughout the UAE. We could not have selected a better time for our introduction to Egypt's consumers, as the country has resumed its march forward on the path to recovery," Kcal's co-founder said.

The company also said that they are looking to further expand its business across the region with plans to open franchises in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Jordan next year, as well having plans to expand their business across the UAE market after opening 6 branches in Dubai
