(MENAFN) Local media reported that Russia's auto manufacturer Avtotor announced the beginning of producing TATA Daewoo trucks for the Russian market, Xinhua reported.
Despite the ongoing crisis, TATA Daewoo has stressed its intention to claim a 10 percent share in the Russian truck market over the coming years. However, production targets for the facility have yet to be set.
Avtotor will produce a range of truck models for the South Korean truck-maker giant, including the TATA Daewoo Prima and the TATA Daewoo Novus, the company said in a statement.
