Emirati tourists traffic up 304 percent to Egypt in July


(MENAFN) Egypt's Tourism Ministry announced it has registered a significant increase in tourist traffic during July, especially from the UAE, with the percentage of Emirati tourists increasing by 304 percent compared to the previous month, Gulf News reported.

The ministry also said that the tourism traffic from Kuwait, up by by 269 percent, as well as Saudi Arabia, which increased by 268 percent, in the cited month.

Meanwhile, the ministry said that it is expecting an increase in the number of tourists and income from the tourism sector between 5 and 10 percent during the current year and between 15 and 20 percent during 2015.
