Kuwait's Jazeera profit falls in H1


(MENAFN) Rising fuels costs and forced rerouting of flights due to unrest in the Middle East affected the net profits of Kuwait's Jazeera Airways Group in the first half of 2014, according to Arabian Business.

Net profit dropped to USD17.3 million for the first six months of the year, down nearly 35 percent compared to the same period in 2013.

The aviation group said operating revenue also dropped to USD103.457 million, down 4.9 percent from the first half of 2013.
