(MENAFN) Bahrain Commercial Facilities Company (BCFC) saw a 13 percent rise in consolidated net profit at USD19.1 million in the first half of the current year compared to USD16.88 million in the same half 2013, according to Gulf Daily News.
Net profit for the second quarter was estimated at USD11.08 million, compared to USD8.178 million earned in the same period last year.
Chairman Abdulrahman Fakhro said: "The implementation of key strategic initiatives identified under the current three years strategic plan is bearing fruit."
Fakhro added: "All business segments remained resilient in a very challenging operating environment."
