(MENAFN- Arab Times) WAIT CITY July 21 (KUNA): His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received Monday at Seif Palace the top ten winners of Al-Mubader Youth-Support and Small Enterprises Development Program. During the meeting His Highness the Amir underscored the importance of embracing national youth and continuing relentless work to encourage them to be creative and productive to harness their skills and develop their potential to better serve the dear homeland. His Highness the Amir also congratulated the winners and wished them more success and prominence in their life.
Al-Mubader Program aims to help Kuwaiti youth have their own businesses have the skills of the entrepreneur choose suitable ideas for their projects and find appropriate finance. The meeting was attended by Minister of Information and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Sheikh Salman Sabah Salem Al-Humoud Al-Sabah and Chief Executive Officer of Al-Mubader Program Abrar Faisal Al-Masoud. Also attended were Deputy Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Ali Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah and Amiri Diwan Advisor Dr Yusuf Hamad Al-Ibrahim. Meanwhile members of the small businesses initiative expressed their appreciation to the support of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah in encouraging the youth to be part of the country's development plan. The initiative is a national project that inspires youth to get involved into establishing their own small enterprises. 'We were honored to meet His Highness the Amir who encouraged us and aspired us to persevere in setting up our own businesses' they said. This support is considered a one step forward to boosting the country's future economy and turning it into the much anticipated commercial and trade hub. They added that they received the same support from both Minister of Information and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Sheikh Salman Sabah Salem Al-Humoud Al-Sabah and Amiri Diwan Advisor Dr Yousef Al-Ibrahim.
