(MENAFN - Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on Sunday voiced broadside against failure to carry out public projects as scheduled, urging a new approach to implement development project



Sheikh Jaber Mubarak voiced the criticism during a weekly cabinet meeting held at Seif Palace, calling on state bodies concerned to find a new approach that could ensure a disciplined execution of public project



He emphasized that this fresh system should put into account several aspects: preservation of public funds, full transparency and equal opportunities, abidance by law, swift implementation and work quality and serious accountability, Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs and Acting Minister of Justice Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah said in news statements following the meetin



Accordingly, a team of representatives from involved state bodies would be set up in order to find an integrated system to ensure the fast-track and scheduled implementation of governmental projects, he sai
