Indian Property Show records brisk business


(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) The 14th edition of indian property show which concluded successfully over the weekend received phenomenal response during the three-day event at world trade centre.

the exhibition witnessed highest number of visitor footfall in its history as over 22000 people visited the show while exhibitors did brisk business with increased number of enquiries and business transactions.

alok anchan assistant general manager rajesh lifespaces said: “we had a very good number of walk ins to our booth at the show. there was immense crowd much higher than any of the shows we have attended in the past leading to about 300 business leads and i am confident of converting and selling about 25000-30000 square feet. we are truly delighted with our association with indian property show.” nishant singhal director strategy at investors clinic said: “we have been participating in this exhibition for last three years however this time the event was very special because change in the government has happened in india and it has significantly revived sentiment towards investing plus the footfall was way better hence we are expecting very good conversions as compared to last events.”

on the other hand visitors seemed equally thrilled and happy a visitor to the show manoj chaurasia felt that the exhibition was very nice everything was perfect and lots of options were available. he has previously visited the exhibition twice and wants to buy a property in mumbai.

another visitor vasudevan looking for a property in his hometown chennai expressed that the exhibition was very good all exhibitors had good information and there were a lot of options to choose from. he felt it was a good place to do pre research before the purchase.

overall the three-day show did great business and both visitors and exhibitors are now looking forward to the next show.
