Qatar's Ezdan to sell USD823m real estate


(MENAFN) Qatar-based Ezdan Holding Group said it plans to sell real estate for USD 823 million in 2014 as part of a wider plan to partially exit its real estate business, according to the Peninsula Qatar. The Group plans to sell five residential villages, Ezdan villages 3,7,8,11 and 36 in Wakra, comprising 2,660 housing units. The group's plan to raise the share of foreigners in companies operating in Qatar to 49 percent of the capital could boost the trading on the company"s share to around 2 million share daily.
