UAE's Etihad Airways to boost business relations with Alitalia


MENAFN) Etihad Airways has announced its plan to invest in Alitalia and that it has already held meetings with Alitalia to negotiate on the conditions and the criteria of the investment, according to Arabian Business. The airlines will proceed to final documentation in order to complete the proposed transaction as soon as it gets the approval. James Hogan, president and CEO of Etihad Airways, said: "We are delighted to be able to move forward with this process and look forward to the successful conclusion of the proposed transaction with Alitalia."
