(MENAFN) Dubai developer Nakheel has awarded the USD326 million construction contract of Nakheel Mall to UAE firms United Engineering Construction (UNEC) and Actco General Contracting Company, according to Arabian Business.
The new 418,000 square metre complex will be located on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai and is expected to be built soon.
The project's construction work will be done by major business partners, New Mall Limited - through a Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) mechanism.
Nakheel will be responsible for supervising the project until the scheduled transfer date.
