Dubai Municipality forms team to improve housing fee services


(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) Dubai municipality director-general hussain nasser lootah has issued a decision to form a working team to improve services related to housing fee in the emirate.

the move is aimed to implement the initiative launched by shaikh hamdan bin mohammed bin rashid al maktoum crown prince of dubai and chairman of the dubai executive council to improve government services in the emirate as well as to meet the requirements of nomination for hamdan bin mohammed smart government award.

the team includes syed ismail al-hashemi head of public revenues in finance department as president; abdulla hashim head of housing and markets revenues as vice-president; and a number of officials from relevant departments.

the team will prepare and develop plans and programmes needed to improve the procedures for applications for the registration and modification of housing fee data and study the procedures to register and modify housing data and develop indicators to measure the performance of the integrated processes related to providing service to customers.

the team will also conduct necessary surveys on the satisfaction levels before and after the enhancement procedures in accordance with the requirements and standards of the dubai model to improve government services in the emirate.
