Kuwait's First Bahrain invests USD50m in Janabiya


(MENAFN) Kuwaiti real estate developer First Bahrain plans a USD50 million-worth mixed-use commercial and residential development in Janabiya this year, according to Gulf Daily News. The project will be built in two phases with 12,000 square meters of land earmarked for residential use and another 8,000 square meters adjacent plot for non-residential developments. The company's general manager Amin Al Arrayed said: "We are now focusing on the activation of additional properties in Bahrain and regional expansion of our wholly-owned subsidiary Majaal."
