(MENAFN) Dana Gas, a UAE-based natural gas company, has reported a significant growth in net profit for the first quarter of this year, with a 67 percent rise, according to Gulf News.
Dana Gas operating profit for the quarter was estimated at USD45 million year-on-year compared to USD27 million in 2013.
The company's gross revenue reached USD180 million, or 18 percent higher than the first quarter in 2013 which was USD152 million.
Its overall production reached 68,800 barrels of oil equivalent per day in average, up 12 percent than the same period a year earlier.
