Gulf Craft to invest in Dubai Maritime City

the visit comes within the framework of various meetings organised by dubai maritime city with senior leaders in the marine sector to discuss avenues for economic and trade cooperation and to open up new markets for members and affiliates of the dubai council for marine and maritime industries or dcmmi. in addition with a view to attract investment into dubai maritime city these meetings showcase the facilities and services offered by the city to create an awareness of the potential for investment industrial and economic growth afforded to companies and business partners operating from dmc.

discussions also touched upon the measures required to develop and stimulate growth from an overall industry perspective from a macro basis as also the specifics of these aspects related to the marine sector. the current legal and regulatory framework for the sector its constraints and effectiveness in terms of enhancing capacity attracting investments and developing the supply chain in the local regional and global context were examined.
