Kuwait SC wins KHA's Premier League for second year running


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Kuwait SC won Kuwait Handball Association's (KHA) Premier League after beating rival Al-Qurain 27-24 to clinch the title for the second year running and the fourth time in the club's history. Kuwait won all matches to gain 15 points while Al-Qurain trailed at 13 points. The match began with a back-to-back goals but Kuwait ended the first half in their favor 15-10. Salmiya SC is the team with most titles, 11 times, followed by Al-Arabi with 10 titles. Kazma has six, while Qadsia and Sulaibikhat have five titles each.
