(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Doha May 05 - HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received on Monday a verbal message from Russian President Vladimir Putin relating to relations between the two countries and the means of enhancing them.
HE Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdano who is also the Special Envoy of the Russian President for the Middle East delivered the message during his meeting here Monday morning with HH the Emir at his Emiri Diwan office .
