Israel Allows 350 Trucks into Gaza


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Gaza April 28 - Israeli occupation authorities allowed on Monday the entry of 350 truckloads with goods and humanitarian aids through the Karam Abu Salem commercial crossing and the export of one truck loaded with green spices to Europe.

Head of the Coordination Committee for entry of goods in the Gaza Strip Raed Fattouh said that the Israeli side will allow the entry of truckloads with aids and goods for commercial agricultural and transportation sectors.

Quantities of industrial diesel for Gaza power plant transportation fuel and cooking gas will be also pumped through the crossing Fattouh added.

Among the 350 trucks16 truckload with cement and two truckloads with construction iron for UNRWA projects.

Karam Abu Salem is the only commercial crossing through which goods and fuel enter the Gaza Strip and the occupation authorities close it on Friday and Saturday of each week.
