Bulgarian income rate up 11.3 pct in 2013


(MENAFN) The Bulgarian National Statistical Institute (NSI) said that the total average income in the country increased last year by 11.3, compared to 2012, Xinhua reported. NSI stated that the total annual income average in 2013 was USD3,397 dollars per household member, with a total of USD1,806.8 dollar coming from wages. Figures showed that a total of 28.5 percent of the annual household income came from social transfers, including pensions, family allowances for children, scholarships and unemployment benefits.
