Omnix International successfully hosts Autodesk event for local CAD, BIM and IT managers

The dynamic one-day event, which was held under the theme, 'Advanced look at your options: What you need to know in the 2014 version of Autodesk licenses,' gave attendees closer insight on their Autodesk subscriptions, how to deal with common issues and tips on maximizing software performance. The top 50 IT and CAD managers attended the event--representing leading companies like Otac, Oger, Mott Mc Donald, etc During the activity, Autodesk and Omnix representatives discussed exciting new topics like the benefits and advantages to be gained from their Autodesk subscription. Participants were also presented with the latest updates on Autodesk 360, which has expanded software capabilities beyond the desktop with powerful cloud-based services that help streamline workflows and unlock new ways to innovate. Also presented was Autodesk's BIM 360 Glue, a cloud-based software combines cloud and mobile technologies to manage your data from preconstruction to the field--improving construction collaboration to prevent issues and drive higher quality and profitability. Speakers also shared trouble shooting techniques and tips for Autocad and Revit users and discussed key points on the Autodesk Network License.
