(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) The environment services and public health sector of the dubai municipality has launched a new initiative named ?a day with a director? aimed at strengthening the communication and relationship of leaders with all levels of employees
Salah mohamed amiri assistant director-general of the sector said “through this initiative we allocate a specific day of every month in which one of the outstanding employees will be nominated from a department under the sector to accompany the sector director in all his official duties.
“during the course of the day the nominated employee can closely see and understand the nature of work of the director with details in accordance with his competencies including decision making management of meetings field visits and other related daily activities.
In addition the initiative aims to activate the channels of communication with employees that contributes to increasing the level of job satisfaction of employees as well as to encourage them to increase productivity by exerting additional efforts to raise the overall performance level of the civic body he said.
