(MENAFN) Marka, a company created by prominent businessmen in the UAE, has recently announced an initial public offer of shares on Dubai"s main stock market since 2009, according to Arab News.
The company said that it will offer 275 million shares, totaling 55 percent of the company's capital.
The rest of its capital was subscribed last month by 151 founders who include wealthy UAE businessmen.
