(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) To foster leadership qualities in talented young uae nationals the uae government leaders programme in the prime minister?s office has launched a ?creative leadership? initiative

It supports the government’s efforts to create an attractive environment for talents to develop in accordance with uae vision 2021 the four-pronged policy that puts people at the core of development.


“the addition of the new category follows the directives of his highness shaikh mohammed bin rashid al maktoum vice-president and prime minister of the uae and ruler of dubai to support and nurture national talents and build their leadership capabilities” said ohood al roumi director-general of the prime minister’s office.


The new initiative will provide training to young nationals working in the government and private sectors at their workplaces.


To qualify candidates must be uae citizens aged between 22 and 28 with a university degree or its equivalent from a recognised university. they must also have two to five years of work experience and proficiency in arabic and english said obaid al ketbi director uae government leaders programme.
