Kuwait- Cash reward for efficient Labour ministry workers


(MENAFN- Arab Times) The Assistant Undersecretary for Labor Affairs at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor Jamal Al-Dosari has revealed that the ministry will reward (monetary) employees who complete the biggest number of transactions as it embarks on the principle of reward and punishment, reports Al-Jaridah daily. He said the decision comes in the framework of recommendations issued by the Minister Hind Al- Sabeeh



He disclosed a circular has been issued to all sectors and administrations to receive people's transactions to the very last minute of working hours. Meanwhile, Al-Dosari has said as of Monday, March 31, 2014, the ministry has stopped the transfer of commercial visit visas to work permits in the private sector



Those who have completed their transactions on time will not be considered as violators of the law. Meanwhile, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor Abdulmohsen Al- Mutairi has issued a decision to grant a periodic premium to 5,692 employees of various sectors in the ministry, reports Al-Seyassah daily. Al-Mutairi has also issued another decision to grant 'merit' periodic premium to 165 employees of the technical department in addition to promoting 647 employees
