Kuwait- 'Need to do away with all hurdles at airport'


(MENAFN- Arab Times) The Undersecretary of Interior Lieutenant General Sulaiman Al-Fahad paid an unexpected visit to Kuwait airport-the second of its kind within two weeks, to inspect the mechanism of operation in the vital utility which is the faÁade of the country, reports Al-Rai daily. He said the need to do away with all hurdles against smooth operation at the airport for safety and security to enhance the reputation of Kuwait



Contrac

In another development, contract for the supervision of Kuwait International Airport's (Terminal 2) is in preparation, and the ministry intends to provide international and local supervision of the project. Sources pointed out that the Minister of Public Works, Minister of Electricity and Water is keen on completing the project as scheduled. He confirmed that the project is strategically on establishing a terminal with state of the art facilities for passenger comfort while setting a new environmental criterion for the international airport buildings
