(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) At least three troops were killed and four others were wounded on Saturday evening in the Lebanese border town of Arsal when a suicide bomber driving a booby-trapped car blew himself up at an army checkpoint in region. "A booby-trapped car exploded at an army checkpoint in al-Aqaba region at the outskirts of Arsal," the state run National News Agency reported. The NNA added: "First reports revealed that 6 soldiers were either killed or wounded in the explosion at a checkpoint near the Syrian border."
